Authentic Community Care

Authentic Community Care (AKA Logan Community Care) is the community-focused arm of Authentic Church, dedicated to providing targeted support to at-risk youth and adults in the Logan and Ormeau area. Our primary mission is early intervention for individuals at risk of homelessness through emergency relief programs offering food, clothing, and homewares. We further support mental health and social wellbeing through mentoring and community-focused connection initiatives designed to build resilience and meaningful relationships.
